Step 2: Product Recommendation

Based on the site details, the specialist recommends the right combination of Cordova products, whether that is VentHawk for pneumatic vent gas capture, BurnerHawk for pilot flame protection, SolarHawk for compressed air supply or any combination across the product line.

Step 3: Equipment Ships

Cordova ships directly to the site. Products are designed for straightforward installation and arrive with everything needed to get started.

Step 4: Installation Support

After product shipment is received by the customer, Cordova arrives at location and installs initial unit(s) while training customer’s personnel or service contractors on operation and further installation of the equipment.

Step 5: Ongoing Support

The assigned product specialist remains the point of contact after installation. Cordova products are built to run, and support is available whenever it is needed.
