The VentHawk is a patented, innovative pneumatic gas capture system that provides emissions reduction solutions to oil and gas operator’s gas management needs. The VentHawk efficiently and reliably captures gas on demand and routes gas from level controllers to the pilot line of a separator’s burner system. The VentHawk is ideal for reducing emissions and meeting regulatory compliance standards.
Operators can combat environmental and regulatory venting issues by implementing this system as each controller has eight vent gas inputs. Exhaust gases are routed from a level controller/dump valve, high/low controller/dump valve, and pneumatic temperature controller, to the VentHawk before it directs the gas to the pilot line of the separator’s burner system for clean utilization. This system is equipped with a relief valve allowing it to continue operating even with a plugged, frozen or restricted burner pilot orifice.
Furthermore, this system is built for use in areas where there is little or no electricity. No solar or grid power is required. If there is no ignition source or electricity on-site, the VentHawk can be routed into a VentHawk CH4 unit, also designed by Cordova Methane Controls.
With only a two-hour installation time that does not require shutdown, the VentHawk can be installed by producer personnel.
